• Hi Ptad! You can choose from AVCHD or MP4 file format for movie recording. You can select MP4 and send it via email. -Anthony

• Yes. This camera will automatically download your photos and videos via wifi to your camera or computer. No cable required. Just choose preference in camera menu and there goes your shots.
