• Just take out the memory stick and insert into desk top hard drive. The newer lap tops don't have that capacity. As far as an adapter I honestly don't know sorry.

• The camera includes a standard micro usb to usb cable that can be used to hook up to a pc. just note that the included cable is rather short.
