“I'm trying to transfer the picture from the device to the iPhone. I was able to connect it to each other but when I try to transfer the picture over it just keeps indicating that it's loading but even after an hr it still hasn't transfer the picture”

Hi Carol, We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a possibility that the issue may have occurred because the file being transferred is too large. You may try transferring each picture to your iPhone one at a time. -Jerome
