• No internal memory at all. It can use SD cards or Micro Memory Stick.

• I am not sure but I don't think this camera has internal memory. Recording media are Memory Stick Pro Duo media & micro, SD cards, micro SD memory cards according to Camera Manual. Camera sold without SD card. I am using my SD Cards including micro SD.
