Will the lens fit my nex-3 camera? null

By using the LA-EA1 mount adapter, The SAL55200/2 DT 55-200mm F4-5.6 SAM Lens Will Fit and function with the NEX-3 Camera. the following Cameras are compatible with the SAL55200/2 Lens: α100 α200 α230 α290 α300 α33 α330 α350 α380 ,α390 α450 α500 α55 α550 and α700 With the LA-EA1 mount adapter the NEX-3 NEX-5 and NEX-VG10 will also accept this lens.

You will need the lens adapter, LAEA4 or LAEA3.
