That's a sound output only , not an input ,unfortunately you choose the wrong TV you should buy a TV with at least a composite and component imput ,your TV lacks the upconversion video circuits needed to be compatible with all electronics devices, you can't use the Sony sr210p and many others and you must buy a upconverting DVD player and a hdmi cable , you pay for the lack of the image enhancing circuits, the TV manufacturers are Saving the cost of upconverting circuits ...
