• No an HDMI cable is not included. an AV cable is included. for HD upconversion an HDMI cable ( not included) is required to connect to your HDTV

• My dv d player is hooked to a t v with a hdm1 cable when I try to play a dv d I have to use the tv remote to change it to hdm2 to view the movie. Or do I have to use an audio red white yellow cable. WHY.
