“Why is the volume button on the remote to this unit unresponsive? The Sony company had me do some troubleshooting measures and when nothing worked they said they would send me a new remote. The second remote has the same problem.”

• Mine did the same. I think I just used the volume button on the other remote that I use for TV sound.
