• Not sure if I understand. There is a small green light on the case that indicates whether the unit is powered. Not aware of any light indicating that a "display" is on or off.

• I can find no light that indicates unit is on. Funny how SONY answered NO, there is no light, but several consumers answered yes! I have to wonder if they are even talking about the correct model. One would think SONY would know about their own product the best! It it ashamed, if there is no light, because you cannot be sure if the unit is powered off or on. Guess they didn't want to spend the extra nickel!
