“DVD tray can't be opened anymore , movie disk is inside , need help, any ideas please?”

• You probably jammed it. In plug it and slowly look around the tray for any foreign material blocking the tray path. Clear it if you can or take it to the geek squad

• The player must be opened to recover the disk ; if nothing is broken inside, it may work again , who knows ?
