“Does this model have screws in the tape-case? I need to do several miniDV tape repairs which require tapes with screws to transfer the reel from the old to new case. I've already bought several models but none thus far have had screws to open the case. Just wondering if this model does have screws on the case so that I can open it up and take out the reel? Thanks!”

• Yes, there are 4 micro Phillips head screws that hold the case together.

• There are no screws on these MiniDV Digital Video Cassettes and it cannot be open.
