“I am using these with a Samsung Note20 Ultra. The sound is great but when I'm on a call I can't hear myself at all. It makes for an awkward conversation. Is there a setting I can change to improve this?”

As I know it, no there is no way to be able to hear yourself. But rest assured, your caller hears you. Just keep the microphone as close to your face/mouth as possible during the call. I typically hold it my fingers in front of my mouth - if anyone ever has trouble hearing me. Hope this helps.
