- Answer Running an audio test on them right now and I'm finding they do have a difficult time hitting 10 Hertz you have to have them fully turned up to hear it and 20 Hertz but 30 and above half volume. I'd like to say if you want to hit those tones you're going to be spending a lot more than what these are worth.

- Answer No, it cannot be plugged directly into lightning port of iPhone 7. You will need to use the 3.5 mm plug to lightning port adapter that comes with the iPhone 7.
