Best buy will give you 15 days unless you upgrade your membership for $50, where upon you will get 60 days. Buy direct from sony for same price and get 30-days.

Customers have the opportunity to purchase an extended Sony Protect or Protect Plus plan if they desire. If purchased from Best Buy, OTC hearing aids can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
