Hi, Len! Thanks for your great question! Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids have the ability to stream phone calls to iPhones with operating system iOS 13 and higher. The phone calls stream into the Sony hearing aids, but you will still need to talk into the phone's microphone for the other person to hear you, as the Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids do not offer hands-free calling at this time.
