• Thank you for your great question! A stable internet connection is needed while setting up Sony OTC hearing aids using the Sony | Hearing Control app. After setup, internet is needed for fine tuning adjustments made within the Sony | Hearing Control app. Volume control and sound balance changes can be made without internet connection.
