My charger suddenly stopped working overnight. I did everything the Sony website suggested, but nothing worked. I didn't see an option to buy a replacement charger. I was concerned that this was the end of the line for my hearing aids. Then I did one final thing -- I replaced the original USB cable with another one I just happened to have on hand. That was the issue. The old cable had stopped working (who knows why?). The charger now lights up again.
