The CRE-E10 can be set-up on Android (OS 10 and higher) or iOS devices (iOS 13 and higher) using the Sony Hearing Control app. However, the Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids have the capability of streaming media and phone audio to iOS devices only, they do not stream to Android. Sony values your feedback and will take it into consideration for future OTC hearing aid product development. - Romeo
