• Hi veryvincie, Great question! The CRE-E10 streams calls and media to iOS devices running on iOS 13 and higher. Calling is not hands free, as the hearing aids do not have two-way microphones. You'll still need to initiate the call from your phone and talk into you phone for the other person to hear you. Hope this helps. Best regards, Romeo
