• Hi Nick! Thank you for your question. The CRE-E10s can be charged using a standard USB C charging cable. Please note that the Sony OTC hearing aids are only sold in the United States at this time, and the the Sony | Hearing Control app is also only available to for download and use in the United States. The app is needed for setup and customization of Sony OTC hearing aids, they cannot be set-up on a computer. Regards, Erin
