“How can I use Headphones MDR-EX155AP with my Lenovo computer (Win 10)? I have spot in comp to plug in headphone/microphone, but when I put it in - headphone doesn't work. Do I need any additional settings/drivers? or anything else?”

Maybe switch your audio output settings? I have a standalone sound driver and I have to select the headphone jack for audio output. Hope that helps!
