“How can I use Headphones MDR-EX155AP with my Lenovo computer (Win 10)? I have spot in comp to plug in headphone/microphone, but when I put it in - headphone doesn't work. Do I need any additional settings/drivers? or anything else?”

• Maybe switch your audio output settings? I have a standalone sound driver and I have to select the headphone jack for audio output. Hope that helps!

• You have to go into the windows sound settings and chose the correct output. I believe it's in the control panel.

• I have a laptop that has a selection to send sound to the speakers , headphone jack or both. Look in your audio controls icon on your task bar.
