    • Answer Hi there, thank you for your inquiry. To reset the speaker to its factory default settings. While the speaker is turned on, press and hold the - (volume) button and the BLUETOOTH button until the speaker turns off (5 seconds or more). The speaker is initialized. Settings such as volume, etc., are restored to the factory default settings, and all pairing information is deleted.     • Answer Hi ns, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can use the Stereo Pair function to pair two SRS-XB13 speakers. One speaker plays the sound on the left channel (left side), while the other speaker plays the sound on the right channel (right side) for stereo playback between the speakers.   • Questionwhen two speakers paired for regular stereo use, does the pairing procedure for the speakers have to be repeated each time or do the speakers automatically remember being paired after paring your phone?

    • Answer Hi mustang, thanks for your inquiry. No, you don't have to repeat the pairing procedure. Turning off the speaker does not terminate the Stereo Pair function. When the speaker is turned back on, it attempts to establish a connection with the Stereo Pair function. To use the Stereo Pair function, turn on the other speaker within 1 minute. Specs, and yes even watts can be measured in different ways. For example, receivers take a look at the wattage, then see a number of speakers driven, and distortion rates. All of which vary greatly. Also, watts do not tell you how efficient the drivers are, or any of the components that help the speaker sound great. Thus, telling an incomplete story.     • Answer Hello ShowerSinging, The speaker is already waterproof and dustproof (IP67 rated).Take note this speaker does not have a design that is resistant to water pressure. Use of the speaker in a location where high water pressure is applied, such as in the shower, may cause a malfunction. Regards, David

  • QuestionI have sony SRS-XB12 extra bass and the blue light keeps blinking - does not play my music. Not sure what that means. I have had it plugged in to recharge but nothing has haappened..thx, Patti

If the speaker cannot be operated despite being turned on, open the cap on the rear side and push the RESET button with a pin or other pointed object.     • Answer The manufacturer's answer is not genuine and here is why. If watts don't matter, then all their speakers would be the same or similar priced but reality is some have more power, a/k/a watts and thus are more expensive to produce and thus are higher priced. Let's do a better job Sony and give an answer that is helpful and descriptive. I was looking for the same answer and since there is no honest answer, I can't make a comparison and will just go to the competition.
