Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should not have to download any software to connect to your iPhone. You have to make sure that both the headphones and the iPhone is in paring mode. If you don't see the headphone as a available device, I would try powering the headset off. Switching the Bluetooth off on your iPhone. Then restarting everything back up. Then try again.
