Q: QuestionDo the Titanium headphones also have extra bass? -The red, blue, and black headphones have extra bass right in the title, but these don't, extra bass is still included in this model though, yes?

Q: Questionhow do I know how much battery is left ? When I hook it up to my iPhone it shows low battery on Bluetooth . Do I have to let them run out before I can charge them ? Would it hurt if I charge them all night Every night?

• A:Answer Hi Mario714, When you turn on the headset by pressing the POWER button, the indicator (red) flashes. You can check the remaining battery charge by the number of times the indicator (red) flashes. You can also check the remaining battery charge when the headset is turned on. Pressing the POWER button will cause the indicator to flash and show the remaining battery charge. (3 times: High, 2 times: Medium, 1 time: Low [needs to charge]) -Jerome

Q: QuestionEcho heard while on phone callWhen I make a phone call, the receiver hears an echo. I don't hear any echo. Tried testing with ios and android phones. Tried resetting the headphones. Issue still exists. Has anyone experienced this issue?

• A:Answer You can answer phone calls while using these headphones. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. :) I use the headphones to answer emergency short calls only. If it's a longer call I then switch from headsets to using the phone. Also... it sounds silly, but the microphone is on the ear cup. When you take a call if you cup your hand in front of your mouth to direct the sound towards the ear cup it dramatically improves the sound quality for the listener.

• A:Answer These are extremely loud, if you max out the volume on your PC and on the Sony Headphones as well. However I would not recommend doing that because of the likelihood for ear damage.

• A:Answer I have the exact same headphones. Have they always had such a short battery life of only 3 hours? Mine last more like 20 hours, it seems like forever. 1 possible reason is that you need to let them charge longer. make sure they charge all the way up and then see how long they last. Also are you turning them off if you're not going to use them for a while? Don't leave them turned on for hours without use because that will drain them, even if no sound is coming through. • A:Answer Sony told me they have NO plans to have a Blue Tooth headphone work with any of there TVs. ZVOX soundbar people told me that Blue Tooth causes a lip-lag where sound doesn't match video movements. Sony does offer a radio frequency (RF) headphone where the RF transmitter must be wired into the TV.
