This happens sometime when both parties are talking to each other on hands free devices...tell the other person to take you off speaker.

Possible defective mic or maybe a loose wire short is causing your caller to hear an echo. Could be anything or just plain old defective. Either way, if still under warranty, take them back. Mine are great when calling on iPhone 6 Plus. I also used to make a call on my android, no issue.

Hi AndroidCM, Please try to reset the headphones. Set the headset in charging status, then press the POWER and BASS BOOST buttons simultaneously. The headset is reset and turns off. Then try it on call again. Thanks, >Joffrey
