Yes assuming your TV has an audio out port of some kind. You need a Bluetooth transmitter and an adapter to change the (most likely) red and white Audio cables to the mic style cable. You can google it and there are step by step instructions out there.

As long as your TV has either a stereo pin, optical, or headphone out jack, it should work great. Just remember to use the transmitter with a set of headphones that support Low-Latency AptX. It makes a difference. If you want a "smart TV" that is something different. You could use an Apple TV or a Chromecast for that.
