• It is compatible with the Sony A7ii because that is what I use. I am unsure about the 35mm in full frame though.

• It's a full frame lens. I use it on my ony a7ii.

• Hi Jonathan, the Sony FE(Full Frame E-mount) 50mm f/1.8 lens stays at 50mm when use with full frame sensor camera like the a7ii.
