I bought the refurbished version of this Sony Blu-ray player and here is what came with it: The main player unit, power adapter and remote control (batteries not included). There were no cables included with it. If you don't already have a quality HDMI cable to hook it up to your TV you will need to buy one of those. You will also want an ethernet cable if you plan on connecting to the internet to take advantage of the apps that are installed on the unit like Vudu, prime video, hulu, Netflix, MLB.tv, iHeartRadio and more. Also a benefit to connecting to the internet, you are able to download any firmware updates as they come available. There was no owners manual included but that can be found real easy by going to the Sony website. I have been real happy with my player and would buy a refurbished unit again.
