“Did anyone who bought the Ps4 pro actually have an issue picking up the console at a Bestbuy location?”

• Yes it just came with the console only. It did not have the controller or the three cords to hook it up. The store ended up supplying us with the controller but the three cords I had to get off Amazon and buy them myself when they were supposed to been with the system and I never got refunded for those.

• I picked up my console got home and opened it and it was an orginal PS4 not the PRO. Took it back and reordered. Ill let you know if i have any issues on the 2nd attempt.
