• Yes it works across all systems. I use it on my Pro, but beware there is a wireless dongle the uses up a USB port

• Yes, to the best of my knowledge they do, the only thing is the Gold's will not support the new sound specs on the PS4Pro. You would need to get the Platinum headset to get the full benefit from the Pro.

• Okay cool, thanks for answering! One last question... does the dongle fit snug in the PRO? I've tried inserting other USB's to the ports, and they never fit because of the design of the PRO.
