Not wirelessly, the headphones don't use bluetooth. It comes with an audio cable that you can plug into your phone and use it that way. When you use an audio cable you can use the headphone with the power off which is nice.

yes but you cant use the wireless feature of the headset. it would just be a headset with no mic when using it with your phone. (need double male 3.5mm cord which comes with the headset)

Unless your cellphone has a usb port I'm going to say no.
