• Yeah just have the usb in both ports or the aux cord in each controller

• If you are using a ps4, each controller has a headphone jack you can use for sound. As far as surround sound headsets, you'd have to create a new user for the second headset but it should work. Hope that helps

• PS4 can use up to 2 headsets at a time So to answer your question. Yes You can do that. No more than 2 headsets so your fine.
