• Yeah, this CommunityAnswer thing (as well as the product description) is lying on both PS Gold products. This item is NOT Bluetooth. It's like a keyboard or mouse that comes with one of those USBs - that receiver is needed to work wirelessly. You can't just ignore that or circumvent it with BT. So no, I feel you with wanting to use these with newer phones lacking 3.5mm jacks, but that's going to be a negative.

• No it doesn’t you have to plug it into a USB port

• No it does not have a built-in Bluetooth antennae, you would have to use a PC or Mac if you want it to be wireless using the included USB dongle, or buy a separate Bluetooth receiver with a 3.5 mm output, otherwise you must plug the headset in to a phone using a 3.5 mm aux cable.
