Audio is not a strong point in this camera and there is no input for an auxiliary mic. At 100 feet you would need a higher priced model and purchase an omni or uni directional "shotgun" mic. EVen then it would only be adequate for limited scenarios. If the audio clarity and volume is important you must prepare to invest substantial funds.
