“I bought a SanDisk Ultra Plus 64gb memory card for this camcorder. When I put the card in, it says, "Cannot recognize this memory card. Format and use again." I was told at BestBuy that this memory card would work. What's wrong?”

Have you tried formatting the card withing the camera? Try to format and if that does not resolve the issue please call 800-222-7669 to troubleshoot.
