• YES it actually CAN, but you WILL need the hardware to connect it to your PC, THE BEST as of now, (Sept 2019) Elgato, specifically CAM LINK 3.0 USB adapter( go to their website and look it up) , then get the right software, Elgato's is free, but you can EASILY use BandiCam or OBS to both LIVE stream AND record NO PROBLEM at all. This is the ONLY way to use it as facecam for that purpose of recorded videos and live Streams.
