A:AnswerHi, the camcorder can be connected to a computer to transfer the recordings. For tripod, any standard tripod on the market is compatible with it. We recommended these models : VCT-R100, VCT-R640, VCT-VPR1, VCT-VPR10, VCT-VPR100
