The Camcorder can be used in Europe. You can charge the Battery Pack in any countries/regions using the AC Adaptor supplied with the Camcorder within the AC 100V - 240V, 50Hz/60Hz range. However, when connecting the Camcorder to the TV, the Picture may not output due to the Color System being NTSC in the Camcorder and PAL in the TV.
