Make sure the speaker is turned on with the blue light flashing then make sure your bluetooth is turned on in your phone.

First, delete the pairing information on your phone. Once it is deleted, press the function pairing button repeatedly until bluetooth indicator starts flashing. Once the bluetooth indicator started flashing, hold the function pairing button for 3 seconds, then the speaker should appear now on your phone and start pairing.
