- Answer Hi papa42, 1. To use the speaker add function, two GTK-XB60 or two GTK-XB90 systems are required. 2. The Maximum communication range of Bluetooth 10 m (33 feet - Line of sight approx.) 3. QuestionI used to have an old iPhone 5, but upgraded to an iPhone XS. I can't get the Bluetooth to pair to my phone. Is it because my iPhone isn't compatible anymore? If so, I'm really bummed. I teach dance and all my music is on my iPhone.

QuestionWhy is it that a jbl charge that's 10watts is louder than this speaker, which is 60watts, at full volume. I recently took it to a gymnasium to use and test during volleyball. I was very disappointed with the performance. I'm hoping I did something wrong.

- Answer Ours is just the opposite... all we can hear is bass. I think there's a way from the app to adjust this, but my husband couldn't find the setting or figure it out.

- Answer You have to disconnect from the bluetooth in an order for them to be able to connect, I had the same problem.

- Answer The lights will flash if the speaker is off and it is plugged in. The flashing lights indicate the speaker is charging. Unplug the speaker and it will stop flashing.
