“Hello, just bought this from best buy today and upon playing it, the speaker randomly stops playing - the lights are still on as well as the speaker itself (& the music still plays but there’s just no noise - bluetooth is also still connected) help :)”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem. Make sure the bluetooth device is close to the speaker and maybe in the tray in top. The further it is away from the speaker that's when issues happen as you desribed.
