A9 (eArc) to X90K (eArc)…Cable box to X90K (HDMI 1/2)…Blu-ray/DVD to X90K (HDMI 1/2). That should leave you with a HDMI (4K/120) on the A9 and a HDMI (4K/120) on the X90K for Gaming PC, PS5 and/or Xbox X etc. FYI, I have a X95K with an A9 and a Tivo. Good luck and enjoy!

In general, you would like to connect all devices to your HTA9 sound system first and have the picture output to your TV. However, this will depend on the available connection or ports on your Blu-ray player and Cable TV. The HTA9 is capable of connecting to your TV using HDMI eARC. We recommend utilizing this connection for best listening experience. For your other devices, you can use HDMI and digital optical connection to output the video to your TV and the audio to your HTA9. For more information on this, please check our articles that will help you on connecting your TV and HTA9 here are the links: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xr-65x90k/articles/00231150 (BRAVIA TV Connection Guide) https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/sound-bars-home-theater-systems-sound-bars-surround-speakers/ht-a9/articles/00203401 (Connect a Sound Bar to Your TV) I hope this helps!
