• Hi DNew, we appreciate your interest in our soundbar. The NIGHT mode outputs the sound at low volume with minimum loss of fidelity and clarity of dialog when enabled. The dialog is easily heard by enhancing dialog range when the VOICE mode is enabled. Thank you. ~Earl
