“There's no bass from the sound bar. It was fine until I attached it my Sony K65S20M2S tv. I've adjusted the sound field, it didn't change. There's way too much treble.”

I followed the steps, adjusted the sound field, treble and bass. I contacted Sony too. Nothing has changed.
