“I have a SONY XBR65X850E TV. We tried a Vizio 5.1 Soundbar and the experience was awful. Inconsistent and unimpressive. We took it back for a refund. Compared to the "built in" sound what can I expect from the 2.1 ch?”

I purchased this Sony sound bar around December 5th, 2022. I purchased this model to match my Sony Bravia OLED TV and I have not been disappointed. Setting up was easy with the sound bar (plug and play), The sub-woofer is blue tooth, and I did have to end up calling tech support (which took them 1 minute to fix) because the instructions were not clear. I watched Top Gun Maverick last evening and had the sound turned up to get the theater experience and it was awesome. I highly recommend this product.
