Hi Terry4553! Thanks for the question! We’re happy to help you out with this. The feature you’re looking for is called BRAVIA Sync (also known as Control for HDMI). For this to work, both your TV and your soundbar need to support it. If your TV is compatible, just make sure to turn on the "BRAVIA Sync" setting in your TV's menu. Your soundbar actually has this setting turned ON by default, so it should be ready to go. However, if you ever need to change that setting on your soundbar manually, here is how you do it: 1. Press and hold the VOICE button on your remote for more than 5 seconds. You’ll see [CONTROL FOR HDMI] pop up on the soundbar’s front display. 2. Press the Volume + or – buttons on the remote to switch to the setting you want. 3. Wait a few seconds for the text to disappear from the display. Once it's gone, your setting is saved.
