“When I try to turn up the subwoofer it states "NO USE". I reset the system however a few seconds later it did it again. How can I fix this?”

My installer said it was important to position subwoofer close to sound bar. Mine is about 11 feet away. Manual suggests placing sub very close (eg 2 feet) while pairing, then after making sure it works, move the paired sub to final location.
