“I have a 6-second delay between starting a video or show and the audio. Every video, and even occurs when I change channels or pause a video. Rewinding doesn’t help - the first six seconds are still silent. Help!!”

Must use eARC connection to TV, with high speed (48gps) HDMI cable. Also, connect video player directly to TV, not to the sound bar, despite manual instructions to the contrary (this was hint from my installer).
