QuestionI have an issue where just connecting to TVs HDMI ARC doesn’t work, I have to connect the optional optical cable. Has anyone got working with just HDMI ARC? Changed TV settings to have speaker connect to HDMI ARC still didn’t work until optical cable add.

- Answer For a better volume controle while watching tv i recommend HDMI ARC connection if your tv has an ARC HDMI port, it's fast and easy connection

QuestionYou have to turn the volume up to 100 to barely hear anything, however switched to Bluetooth the volume barely has to be turned on. What’s the issue? It’s hooked up hdmi arc from the soundbar to the arc in the tv. Shouldn’t take getting to 100 sound

QuestionWon't work with the HDMI ARC connection on my Samsung TV -- no sound comes out of the soundbar. When I also plug in the optical jack sound comes out of the soundbar REALLY LOUD but the soundbar remote cannot change it, nor can the TV remote -help!

- Answer I had to go into my tv settings and allow other devices for it to work everything from 1 remote.

- Answer If you have a Sony tv this is connected to the soundbar will automatically work with that remote. Otherwise I might suggest contacting Sony for a new/replacement remote.
